In Bethlehem, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Pennsylvania on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bethlehem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I ordered a pizza for pickup and specifically asked what the total would be. I was told $25 and change. Since I couldnโ€™t pick it up myself, I sent someone with the money I was quoted. When he got there, suddenly the price was almost double. Obviously, he only had the amount I gave him based on what their employee told me over the phone. Mistakes happen. If I was quoted the wrong price, fine. I have no problem paying the correct amount. Iโ€™m not upset about the extra money. What I have a problem with is how they treated the person I sent to pick it up. Instead of simply explaining that there had been a mistake with the price, they gave him a hard time, rudely took the pizza back from him, and told him the money wasnโ€™t enough. No apology, no attempt to acknowledge that THEY gave me the wrong total in the first place. A simple, โ€œSorry, we quoted you the wrong amount,โ€ would have handled the entire situation like adults. Apparently basic customer service is harder than making pizza. And the cherry on top? The pizza wasnโ€™t even good. So congratulations! You managed to combine bad communication, unnecessary attitude, embarrassing customer service, and mediocre pizza all in one order. I wo

So I love using too good to go app. However, when I used it for this place couple times, I canโ€™t imagine the reaction I made when they guy who was just counting cash placed the pizzas with barehands in the pan. Okay he toasted it so I took a deep breath told my self โ€œItโ€™s fine, heat kills germsโ€. Then little did I know he was just gonna handle it with bare hands again to cut and place the pizzas in the box after he went back to counting cash. He all did those without washing his hands โ€ฆ. Count cash -> handle pizzas with barehands -> back to counting cash placed -> handling my pizzas with barehands. So disgusting ๐Ÿคฎโ€ฆ Not once but twiceโ€ฆ.

Great place never had an issue. Pizza is always good and hot. Wings are pretty good too a little expensive for the size but theyโ€™re good. Definitely reminds you of a pizza shop a lot of hard workers to pump food out fast. Service is great too never wait too long whether your picking up for take out or delivery.

Everyone knows that Westgate Pizza has great pizza. I knew this was going to be a good tasting pie by just looking at it. There is plenty of sauce, favoring more sauce to cheese. Although it wasn't a "beefy" slice, the slice didn't droop. Well cooked and plenty of sauce on the crust. It was just a little greasy, but it wasn't a factor with the great tasting slice. The garlic knots didn't have that much garlic on them, but they must have soaked them in garlic. The knots definitely did not taste like bread! If you're not into pizza, they offer a FANTASTIC salad with shrimp. Great Service, too!!

This used to be a place I looked forward to eating at. Since Covid hit the only thing worthy of ordering and it being delicious to eat is pizza and calzones. After this most recent incident that is all I would order in the future if at all. I was at SkyZone with my kids and came here for 2 kids meals and 2 shrimp Cucina dinners. $60 total for food and literally threw away the Shrimp dinners. The grease was one thing but the horrendous amount of salt was off the hook. I called to complain and request a refund and was put on hold and ignored. The person that took my order was rude and you can tell he wanted to leave this place. He had zero desire to take my order and everybody else in line. What a shame this whole experience was. 3/7/24 Friday night 7:00 ish. When I initially walked in there was like 3 or 4 tables sat but all the other tables had dirty dishes on them. No team work in this place. Food is a hard job but the customer is who pays the bills. This was my first time ever experiencing something like this. We heated the food up and tried to plate it to eat but between the oil and salt there was no way anybody could eat it! Waste of food snd waste of my $. I no longer can reco
